Numio respects your privacy. This policy explains how Numio handles information related to your use of the app and this support website.
1. Information We Process
Numio currently does not require account creation. Assets, subscriptions, bills, reminders, notes, and settings you record in the app are stored on your device by default and are not automatically uploaded to servers operated by Numio.
If you contact us by email, the contact details, issue description, screenshots, or diagnostic details you provide will be used to handle your support request.
2. Local Data, Backups, and Sync
Numio is local-first. You may use system backups, exported files, or the in-app iCloud Documents / WebDAV sync options to keep copies and restore points for your data.
If you enable iCloud or WebDAV sync, automatic backups, or manual restore points, the app writes snapshots containing assets, subscriptions, reminders, settings, and related data to the service you choose. Cloud storage and transfer are handled by Apple or your selected WebDAV provider; Numio does not operate its own sync server.
If Numio-owned accounts or sync services are introduced in the future, we will explain what data is processed, why it is used, and what controls are available before you enable those features, and we will update this policy.
3. Permissions
Numio may request notification permission for subscription renewals, bills, or reminders you configure. It may also use local authentication to help protect sensitive content in the app. These permissions are managed by the operating system and can be changed in system settings.
4. Purchases and Third-Party Services
Numio Pro purchases, restores, and subscription management are handled through Apple StoreKit and the App Store. We do not receive your full payment card information.
When the app uses system features or third-party services you choose, those services may process relevant data according to their own privacy policies.
5. Retention and Deletion
You control local data. You can delete records in the app or uninstall the app to remove local app data. Support emails may be retained for as long as needed to handle your request and maintain service quality.
6. Children
Numio is not directed to children for data services requiring independent consent. Children should use the app with guidance from a parent or guardian.
7. Updates
We may update this policy as features, laws, or operations change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new update date.
