To help us investigate faster, include your device model, iOS version, Numio version, the screen where the issue happened, and steps to reproduce it. Please do not send card numbers, full account numbers, identity documents, verification codes, or passwords.
FAQ
- Does Numio upload my asset and subscription data?
- Numio is local-first. Asset, subscription, bill, and note data is stored on your device by default. If you enable iCloud or WebDAV sync, automatic backups, or manual restore points, the app writes snapshot files to the location you choose. Numio does not operate its own sync server.
- Why did a reminder not appear?
- Please make sure iOS notification permission is enabled and that the reminder date is still in the future. Focus modes, Low Power Mode, or system notification settings may affect how reminders appear.
- How should I back up my data?
- You can export a JSON backup in the app and restore from that file when needed. You can also use iCloud/WebDAV sync for the latest cloud backup and restore points. Exported files and third-party cloud storage are under your control, so avoid sharing them with untrusted parties.
- Who handles Numio Pro purchases and restores?
- In-app purchases are handled through Apple StoreKit. Purchases, refunds, and subscription management follow the rules of your Apple ID and the App Store.
